For holiday makers who have a boat and would like to bring it with them there are slipways where boats can be launched and retrieved. Harbour dues are payable for all boats launched regardless of how many times the boat will be used or whether it is kept afloat or ashore. Please contact the Harbour Office for more details
Bridgend; there are two access points here. Both can be accessed for approximately 2 hours either side of high tide. Bridgend Quay may have space for short term holiday storage for boats up to 15’ in length. There is no storage for trailers here.
Noss hard; there is access to the water for about 2.5 hours either side of high tide. There is no storage for boats or trailers here.
The Brook: there is access to the water for about 2.5 hours either side of high tide. There is no storage for boats or trailers here.
For holiday makers wishing to keep their boat afloat for the duration of their holiday we have two visitor’s mooring (PM5 and PM6) for up to three boats no longer than 20’. This must be pre-booked with the harbour office. Visitor rates apply
Visitors wishing to use kayaks or paddleboards whilst they are on holiday can do so if they launch and recover them every time and do not leave them on the foreshore. If they are left on the foreshore there is a charge. Please note that if you wish to launch a kayak or paddleboard from the Yealm Steps you should use the slipway to the left of the quay as you come down the steps.
